The Downstairs rooms all have ceramic tiled floors. 5 double power outlets in each room . Tv antenna connections available. Insulated walls for noise from other rooms, and insulation in the ceiling to prevent floor noise from upstairs. Ceiling fans.
All rooms have airconditoners they are either on meters for user pays for enire contract. Wireless internet, Hanging hooks, towel rails . These rooms are cooler than the upstairs rooms because of no heat load directly on them. We also can offer small bar fridges for the rooms @ $8 per week, for those tenants wanting to keep a few things private. There is a large fridge on each level as share. Discounts are offered for payment of rent 3 months or more upfront, All rooms have a robe, desk, desk lamp , chair, bed, & bookcase ,
