At the back of the Verhoeven Drive house is a Single Unit, This is for just one person. A two room plus bathroom, fully furnished single unit, separate from the main house.  ( seen below) The newly built unit is at the rear of the house.  ideally suits the more mature person  or someone  who wants their solitude. Maybe just someone who wants to be near the hospital or uni, or just needs to be close to everything. 

There is a kitchen / living room and adjacent is the bedroom with queen size bed.  Off the bedroom is a bathroom containing shower toilet and handbasin.  The unit comes equipped with everything Crockery, cutlery, pots, tv  etc  but not  personal items.

All windows are security screened, and the unit is air conditioned with two separate split system air conditioners.

This unit is for long term rental only .  1 year or more. if two people rent is $310 per week plus power.since construction, it has only had 1 tenant.  There are security lights on motion sensors attached to the unit, so lights come on as you approach at night. Sun sails over a paved area.  Clothes line under cover. 

 The main back yard is undergoing a transformation being paved for a sitting area too, where planter boxes will have a few plants . Rent is payable  4 weekly  in advance
