Upstairs consists of three bedrooms, one being the master bedroom with wall length wardrobe. The other two rooms are smaller approx 3 x 3 m in size, one has a built in robe the other a free standing robe. Upstairs has its own kitchen, bathroom ,toilet, lounge room and tv . The upstairs is the original house, with newly timber polished floors and bedrooms have just been freshly painted.  A leather lounge suite. Small dining table. Internet is wireless. All rooms have ceiling fans and aircon available.

Downstairs are 4 bedrooms all approx 3 x 3 M with single beds but for one room which has a king single bed. Downstairs is recently new, with white ceramic tiles on the floors though out. A large walk in shower, separate hand basin area, and separate toilet. Its own kitchen and lounge area. internet is  wireless. The rooms have tv antennas in each room and 5 double power outlets in each room.

All rooms have smoke alarms, ceiling fans and air conditioners which are on timers $1 gives 3 hours of usage, and if turned off when the student leaves the room, will hold the remaining time in credit until turned on again.Out the back is a bbq and under cover outdoor table and chairs
