Verhoeven Drive Douglas is a four bedroom low set concrete block house. Situated approx.  1.5 klm from the James cook University front gate and in the opposite direction Stockland shopping complex.     The floor is a ceramic white tile,  enabling any dirt to easily be seen for cleanliness.  There is a shared bathroom , separate toilet, kitchen and lounge room. Owner will provide,  general house cleaning  products for floors, shower & toilet. All personal use items are at own expense, ( NOT  laundry detergent, hand wash or personal use cleaning products, ) 

Electricity and internet are included in the rent.  Airconditioning is on a timer. $1 will give 3 hours of usage.  Tenants are required to maintain the cleanliness of the common areas  of the house.

BEDROOM 1   The master bedroom, with a queen size bed.      

BEDROOM 2   3M x3 M room with bulit in robe.  single bed   

BEDROOM 3   3M x3 M room with bulit in robe.  single bed    

BEDROOM 4   A large room at the opposite end of the house with a king single bed  

 

With so many inquiries from students for rooms with private bathrooms, we are in the process of constructing a two bedroom unit at the back of the house which has it own kitchen, living room but each bedroom will have its own shower toilet, and hand basin.
